Zen Group is presently in the detailed design and permitting stage of the development at 3180 Island Highway, located in Nanaimo, BC. The anticipated development will add to Zen’s growing portfolio of car wash facilities, owned and operated by Zen Group under the Carwash Canada Company brand. 

 

This 2,200 sqft wash facility will feature a 80’ tunnel style car wash including mechanical, electrical and office space. 

 

Presently, the Building Permit has been submitted to the City of Nanaimo. The building is a concrete and steel structure. The project is anticipated to be complete by Spring 2025.
